Anthony Joshua will fight with Tyson Fury

Nothing says “wealthy celebrity” like a one-of-a-kind, high-priced new timepiece!

Anthony Joshua is no stranger to being a hero in the boxing ring, but this time it was his chance to show some love for the superhero genre by displaying a new piece of jewelry inspired by the world of superheroes.

Joshua wanted to follow in the footsteps of UFC stars Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov, as well as fellow boxer Tyson Fury, by revealing a fresh new and luxurious watch, which he was fortunate enough to obtain.

A new watch has been created as a result of a cooperation between designer brand Audemars Piguet and Marvel to commemorate the franchise’s 2018 blockbuster blockbuster. It didn’t come cheap, though, with a rumored price tag of £120,000. It was inspired by Marvel character Black Panther.

When AJ bought the watch, he thought his fans should be a part of the big announcement, so he headed to Instagram to show off the magnificent timepiece. As he approached the beautiful case, shimmering blue lights turned on, and AJ presented the incredible luxury watch to his 12.3 million Instagram followers.

The watch is worth roughly £118,000, according to GQ, with a special edition selling for $5.2 MILLION at a charity auction. AJ, despite having all of the money in the world, was not fortunate enough to obtain a copy of the special edition.

And if claims that Marvel is interested in establishing an entire line of watches with designer Audemars Piguet are accurate, Joshua best keep an eye on things since he may end up with a lot of debt from all the purchases he may make.

Moving on from his amazing watch reveal, AJ must focus on the next two fights he has coming up, against Oleksandr Usyk and then maybe Tyson Fury, in what might be his most important year of his career.

If he wants to become the undisputed heavyweight world champion, he must win these two contests.

His battle with WBC champion Fury was supposed to take place in August, but it has been postponed until later in the year at the earliest because Fury must fight Deontay Wilder for the third and final time.

As a result of that decision, AJ will have to fight Usyk to keep his WBO title, and who knows, if both Joshua and Fury win their fights, boxing fans could get to see the two of them in action after all.

Although, according to promoter Eddie Hearn, Fury “never wanted” to fight AJ in the ring, claiming: “I think that was very purposeful.” Fury, according to AJ, never wanted to fight. I don’t have a lot of faith in the individuals on that side. That struggle was too much for some individuals to bear. They want to maintain some level of control. Who knows whether they want [the battle] in December?” they remark.

Whatever happens in the ring between these two, Fury and Joshua are known for their appreciation of the finest things in life, like as jewelry, vehicles, and clothing.

You can’t help but think that if their duel takes place, the winner will walk away with not just a great bonus, but maybe another new, unusual, and outstanding watch to add to their already impressive collections.

Anthony Joshua ‘has more tools’ than Tyson Fury to win their bout

Filip Hrgovic: I’m Filip Hrgovic, and I’m “Anthony Joshua is the larger puncher, throwing more combinations, being effective with the jab and quick on his feet, and being better at battling on the inside. Tyson Fury has an odd fighting technique, but that’s it.”

Anthony Joshua is a “more complete boxer,” according to Filip Hrgovic, who might get a chance at the world heavyweight title if he defeats Tyson Fury. Read about the upcoming Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury Live Streaming.

Joshua, the IBF, WBA, and WBO champion, and Fury, the WBC champion, are nearing an agreement on a fight to determine the division’s No. 1, with promoter Eddie Hearn declaring, “We’re all systems go, this fight is on, this fight is happening.”

Hrgovic, who is undefeated, is awaiting word on a final eliminator to determine the next mandatory challenger for the IBF title, since projected opponent Michael Hunter has failed to sign a contract.

Hrgovic said of Joshua versus Fury to Sky Sports: “It’ll be a big battle. As a fan, I can’t wait to see it. I’m hoping they can come to an agreement soon. Many people are writing Joshua off and giving Fury the edge based on their previous performances.

“However, Joshua, in my opinion, has more tools to defeat him. He is the bigger puncher, throws more combinations, has a solid jab and is quick on his feet, and is better at battling on the inside.

“Fury has an odd style, but that’s all he’s got.

Hrgovic of Croatia earned an Olympic bronze medal in Rio de Janeiro in 2016 and has subsequently tallied up 10 knockouts in 12 professional triumphs.

Hunter’s reluctance to settle conditions for the most important bout of Hrgovic’s career has enraged co-promoter Kalle Sauerland.

“The contract deadline was this week,” Sauerland said to Sky Sports. “Hrgovic has agreed to join the team. We’ve also signed on behalf of Hrgovic. Both the promoter and the boxer must sign a contract. That’s all there is to it.

“Our paperwork has arrived. Perhaps he’s looking for a pen, or the scanner isn’t working properly. However, that deal has yet to be signed.

“He doesn’t appear to want to fight right now. I’m not sure why he’s put us through two months of talks and purse bids if he doesn’t want to fight.”

When Joshua and Fury have settled on the heavyweight division’s ruler, Hrgovic is motivated to get a guaranteed opportunity at the IBF crown.

“I’ll be IBF mandatory after this fight,” Hrgovic added. “Regardless of who wins, Joshua or Fury, I am looking forward to the fight.

“For me, it will be a major battle. They’re both household names, massive celebrities, and world-class boxers.”
